Terms and conditions
For a date to be held exclusive for you a 50% deposit will be required upon booking. Your booking will be confirmed soon as the deposit has been made. The remainder is due upon arrival.
Cancellations/changes can be made no less than 48 hours before the date of a booking. If a cancellation occurs your deposit is not refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time of a booking with incur a 100% cancellation fee. This includes changes to your bookings for example going from a full day to half day.
Each photographer is to present their liability insurance prior to shooting. If you don't have any then the photographer responsible for the shoot is to complete and hand in the Liability Waiver to the studio manager on the day or prior to the booking.
Additional hours are charged at a rate of Taco $45 / Burrito $80 per hour accrued after the 15 minute mark. Hires starting after 8pm incur an additional overtime fee of $50.
Tamale Studios is a studio within a creative workspace. Although you have full access to studio areas, residents may walk through once in a while (unless a closed set is requested) Because of this please keep the music and sound to a reasonable level.
If you need any of the floors or walls cleaned / repainted prior to your hire they are Taco $25 / Burrito $150 each and require 48 hours notice. If the floor is left too dirty for the next booking, you will be charged Taco $25 / Burrito $150 for repainting.
The studio is expected to be returned in the same shape it is found. There are disposable shoe protectors available at no extra charge. If the studio is left in a messy condition after your booking there will be a Taco $25 / Burrito $75 cleaning fee applied.
Your rubbish is to leave with you - we can handle it for $10 a bag.
If any damage happens during your shoot let Ali or Tom know immediately. Restoration fees will apply according to the extent of the damage
