Terms and conditions

BOOKING
For a date to be held exclusive for you a 50% deposit will be required upon booking. Your booking will be confirmed soon as the deposit has been made. The remainder is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES FEES
Cancellations/changes can be made no less than 48 hours before the date of a booking. If a cancellation occurs your deposit is not refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time of a booking with incur a 100% cancellation fee. This includes changes to your bookings for example going from a full day to half day.  

LIABILITY
Each photographer is to present their liability insurance prior to shooting. If you don't have any then the photographer responsible for the shoot is to complete and hand in the Liability Waiver to the studio manager on the day or prior to the booking. 

STUDIO OVERTIME
Additional hours are charged at a rate of $40 per hour accrued after the 15 minute mark. Hires beyond 7pm incur an additional overtime fee of $50.

SOUND
Tamale Studios is a studio within a home. Although you have full access to most areas Ali or Tom may walk through once in a while (unless a closed set is requested) Because of this please keep the music and sound to a reasonable level.

REPAINT
If you need any of the floors or wall flats repainted prior to your hire they are $20 each and require 48 hours notice. If the floor is left too dirty for the next booking, you will be charged $20 for repainting.

CLEANING
The studio is expected to be returned in the same shape it is found. There are disposable shoe protectors available at no extra charge. If the studio is left in a messy condition after your booking there will be a $25 cleaning fee applied.

RUBBISH
Your rubbish is to leave with you - we can handle it for $10 a bag.

DAMAGE 
If any damage happens during your shoot let Ali or Tom know immediately. Restoration fees will apply according to the extent of the damage.
